Description of work: WP 1 will allow uninterrupted execution and conclusion in a controlled and orderly manner, upholding the current rules and regulations of the EACI while delivering the expected results. It consists of the following series of tasks:
Task 1.0. Meetings
Initial partner meeting in Pomurje (Slovenia) at the beginning of the project.
- Establishment of direct contact between the chief and technical representatives of all partners.
- Possible updates and/or modifications, based on the results of negotiations.
- Definition of the management, coordination & evaluation draft plan, to be adopted shortly thereafter.
Task 1.1. Coordination and management plan & execution:
- Adoption within 1,5 months following the launch, tech. staff only, possible meeting site in Slovenia.
- Exact tasks that each partner will perform, time frame for their execution, procedures to be respected while carrying them out, and the way of keeping the coordinator informed and updated at all time.
- Design of exact dissemination mechanism and a decision on priority target groups
Task 1.2. Interim/progress/final reports:
- Preparation and delivery of full technical, progress and financial report to the EU Commission, informing on the state of the project, cost lines and the status of the activities.
- Achieved results and deliverables as well as the overall financial audit.
Task 1.3. Technical assessments (quality assessment of the achieved results):
- Internal tech. assessment will follow the completion of the major WPs or be done on a set basis (e.g. every 6 months or before reports are due) by USAL (Universidad de Salamanca Zamora).
- External assessment will also be carried out every 6 months, guaranteeing the objectivity and adding an additional point of view on the flow of the project (external subcontractor).
Outcome of this work package:
Accurate coordination and management, allowing full control and effective execution of project's agreed activities, within the determined time frame and with assigned funds, further assisted by the punctual technical evaluation, internal and external.
